What can we write about Grace that is not already known?? Well.. she comes from the world known and respected kennel von der Mohnwiese, from a bloodline that over and over again proves to be of the highest quality, from a father that (next to being a WUSV champion) has produced WUSV paricipants and champions from several different combinations. Grace comes from a litter that consists of more than 1 known dog; Gringo & Gizmo are both world championship competitors and have both proven to be outstanding producers.
What more is there to say..?
Grace lives up to her kennel name aswell as to the rest of her siblings and half-siblings. Though she is nervestrong and social, she has a lot of dominans and fight drive. Her possession drive is easy to spot but not always easy to handle, she has a lot of natural aggression and active defence, and she has crazy preydrive.

Now why did we choose a completely unknown dog for her?
Duck "Ipon" van de Biezenhoeve is a "hidden diamant". Changing owners a few times, aswell as countries, has made him from time to time "unavailable" for the crowds to see, and also to use as a stud dog. When we got the chance to buy him back from the last owner, we where positively surprised with what we saw!
Ipon has a very honest character, and his presens is noticable. He is clear headed, fearless and curious. His "over the top" crazy preydrive makes him fun to train with, he is not a difficult dog in any way. He has no handler aggression, but he has a lot of fight drive and active defence towards the helper. He has a firm and calm grip and excellent guardings.
His tracking is difficult to describe without sounding arrogant. Though it is not always tecnicly correct, his drive, intensity and goal-minded focus is amazing.You don't go tracking with him without spiked shoes and gloves :-)
Ipon now lives in Norway with our good friend Stig Andersen, who will start competing with him in 2009.
